Saturday's YMCA Bucks County Strong 5K runners were greeted with ideal conditions as over 450 athletes were drenched in sunshine for a change and enjoyed windless temperatures in the upper 50's.

The 2024 Series standings are now available through the Bucks County Strong 5K Race held on May 11th
Nearly 900 athletes competed in the 2024 iteration of the Doylestown 5K Race. This year's race boasted a huge turnout as throngs of runners in the 5K and the "Mightiest Mile" flooded the streets of Doylestown borough.
A total of 15 course records were set and the men’s and women’s races were fast and competitive across the board in both distances. The runners enjoyed an exciting finish on the track at Council Rock North as they were cheered on by family and friends as they crossed the finish line.
Despite a foreboding forecast where we found weather worse than predicted, over 500 runners and walkers finished the Be Kind 5K and fitness walk.

The Bucks 5K Series opened the 2024 season at the Blaze of Glory 5K on March 23rd. The race benefits the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company.

The 23rd Bucks 5K Series completed a very successful year in 2018. The Series and the seven races contributed $117,000 to our local, community-based non-profit organizations. This brings the total to more than $1.6 million since 2002.
